Sunni and Sunday have been best friends for as long as they can remember. In the lead up to Sunni’s 30th birthday, they begin to recount and relive these memories. From discovering masturbation and the Dolly Doctor sealed section, to bullying and heartbreak, Sunni and Sunday have been one another’s true constants, until their not. An ode to the enduring nature of platonic love, Sunni Sunday explores what happens when reality blurs and even your best friend can’t bring you back.
